Ever since mankind has existed, there have always been earth wars. Why are there wars when most people want to live in peace? There have always been individuals who craved war and killing.

Who really rules the world?
Whoever would say that it is the Anglo-American seventh world power is right about something. This power is described in the Bible as the feet of a statue, partly of iron and partly of clay. It is also likened to a wild beast that came up out of the earth, had two horns like a lamb, but spoke like a dragon.
Daniel 2:31-33 - “You, O king, were watching, and you saw an immense image. That image, which was huge and extremely bright, was standing in front of you, and its appearance was terrifying. The head of that image was of fine gold, its chest and its arms were of silver, its abdomen and its thighs were of copper, its legs were of iron, and its feet were partly of iron and partly of clay.”
Revelation 13:11 - “Then I saw another wild beast ascending out of the earth, and it had two horns like a lamb, but it began speaking like a dragon.“

But when Jesus Christ lived on earth, what did he say about the ruler of this world?
John 14:30 - “I will not speak with you much more, for the ruler of the world is coming, and he has no hold on me.”
This ruler offered Jesus rule over the entire earth for a single act of worship.
Luke 4:5-7 - “So he brought him up and showed him all the kingdoms of the inhabited earth in an instant of time. Then the Devil said to him: ‘I will give you all this authority and their glory, because it has been handed over to me, and I give it to whomever I wish. If you, therefore, do an act of worship before me, it will all be yours.’”

Is it realistic to achieve world peace?
Even if world peace is declared all over the world, it will not be real. Unless all weapons are destroyed, there will always be a risk that someone will use them. And to make matters worse, newer and more deadly weapons are still being developed. Not to mention terminators and weapons controlled by artificial intelligence.

Real world peace
As you may have guessed by now, real peace will come when all weapons are destroyed. What does the Bible say about it? God's Kingdom will end wars when Jesus Christ takes over the earth.
Psalms 46:9 - “He is bringing an end to wars throughout the earth. He breaks the bow and shatters the spear; He burns the military wagons with fire.”
Ezekiel 39:9 - “The inhabitants of the cities of Israel will go out and make fires with the weapons—the bucklers and shields, the bows and arrows, the war clubs and lances. And they will use them to light fires for seven years.”

Since there will be no weapons, no one will learn to fight anymore, neither with weapons nor without weapons - it will no longer be necessary.
Isaiah 2:4 - “He will render judgment among the nations And set matters straight respecting many peoples. They will beat their swords into plowshares And their spears into pruning shears. Nation will not lift up sword against nation, Nor will they learn war anymore.”
